Hickory Smoked Pork Loin

It's just Lexi and me for dinner tonight--and its hot!  I hate cooking when its hot.  Hickory Smoked Pork Loin on the grill it is!  I must lead a charmed life as my grill had only enough gas in it to cook the pork loin.  I grated a whole orange instead of the 1 teaspoon called for in the recipe.  It was slightly too much orange, but still tasty.

Accompaniments:

Potatoes--just nuking some in the microwave.
Asparagus--on the grill--yeah baby--little tinfoil, little olive oil, little salt and pepper.  It doesn't get any better.  Sigh, not enough propane to power it.  Oh well.  Sauteed the asparagus in olive oil with salt and pepper.  Here's to bright yellow-green, funny smelling pee!
Blueberries--I have some whipped cream in a can in the fridge.  Old, old, old.  Used up the last of it.  Just can't resist.

Ratings:
Lexi--2 1/2 stars.  Its just very rich mom.
Heidi--4 stars.  It was quite flavorful.  I did overcook it slightly.  So I went to the store and bought a new meat thermometer.  Its the kind that can sit on the outside of the oven with the probe sitting inside the meat.  $9.99 + tax.  I'll let you know how it works.
