Every weekend I have fantastic plans to create healthy, homecooked meals. There are three people in my family. Dad, Mom, and Kid. I will find four recipes and post shopping lists. The goal is six to eight servings so there is enough for lunches. Also, we will test the outer limits of my techno-ability and I will post pictures of what I have created. Pretty composed pictures are out, real food is in. Come with me on my journey to examine our family's daily eating habits.
